Graffiti around Melbourne CBD

If you see a group of shoes hanging over a not so nice area (like the one above) it means there are drug dealers operating in the area, apparently. A man fixing the window in a shop told me that today, as I asked why their vans were blocking off half of Hosier Street, a laneway dedicated to graffiti art, just off of Flinders street in Melbourne. You learn something new every day. Due to the window insert I was only able to see half the street but the art was pretty cool. I was luckily enough to see an artist at work, enjoy the bright colours!
